Do you need a referral?
Private Clientele
A referral is not required to see a physiotherapist.
Workers Compensation or Third Party injuries
A referral is required from your general practitioner. When you have received the referral, please provide us with a copy as well as your insurance company details. We will then approach the insurance company to seek approval to start physiotherapy.Once approved, therapy starts and all your treatment costs are paid by the insurance company.
Veterans affairs
Our clinic is registered with the Department of veterans affairs. Payment for physiotherapy is paid by the department.
Payment
Payment for services provided can be made by cash or EFTPOS. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. If you are in a health fund and are insured for physiotherapy, we can process your health fund rebate via the Hicaps system.
Medicare may pay a rebate for patients with complex and chronic conditions . Your eligibility for this rebate is determined by your general practitioner. If you qualify, your general practitioner will provide an enhanced primary care plan .
All you need do is provide the care plan to us and then upon the payment for services, take our Receipt to Medicare where a rebate will be payable. Please note there is a gap payment per visit.The current rebate per visit is approximately $54.00.

We have a modern facility with wheelchair access off Burwood Road . Please note the clinic is in Concord not Burwood.

Parking
Parking is available on Burwood Road. Parking is available at the rear of our clinic, with access from our driveway or the tenant carpark driveway.
Bus services
A regular bus service is available from Burwood to a bus stop adjacent to our clinic.
What to wear ?
If possible, please wear comfortable loose clothing. Treatment gowns are available and are generally offered as required.
